We want you to love your skincare routine, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all products that do not meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a prepaid shipping label and a packing slip.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
